Qualifications: BE (Hons1) (Syd), PhD (Geoscience) (Macq). Academic teaching, research and publishing positions in Australia (Macquarie: Earth Sciences; UNSW: Engineering), UK and Sweden, followed by 24 years as editor and publisher.

Computer capability: Macintosh preferred, but flexible – using Word, QuarkXpress, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Also HTML/XML documentation.

Services offered: Technical editing and writing; writing and rewriting academic articles in plain English for journal publication; copy editing; proofreading; preparation of documents for publication from manuscript to print-ready or web-ready stage.
