Oversees the management of the branch according to IPEd rules, chairs general and committee meetings, represents the branch as required.
In the absence of the president, chairs general and committee meetings and assumes duties of the president.
Maintains the records of the branch, takes minutes of committee meetings and distributes them to committee members. Drafts, sends and receives branch correspondence.
Prepares and oversees the branch budget, and authorises branch expenditure.
Arranges and schedules speakers for the monthly meetings.
Edits and manages the production of the branch newsletter.
Social media coordinator
Manages and runs the branch’s social media sites.
Professional development coordinator
Arranges and schedules workshops and training.
